General Booking

  • all services require a card on file to reserve appointment slots

Cancellations & No shows​

  • cancellations made less than 24 hours will be subject to a charge totaling 50% of the service booked

  • no shows may be subject to a charge totaling 100% of the service missed

Late arrivals

  • things happen! there is a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals

  • arrivals more than 10 minutes late cannot be guaranteed all services scheduled

how long does my hair have to be?

  • the general rule is a 1/4 of an inch in length (about the size of a grain of rice)

  • this typically means a required minimum hair growth of 2-3 weeks without shaving or 3-4 weeks without waxing

Can i get waxed while menstruating?

  • ​yes, absolutely! clients may be waxed while menstruating with a fresh tampon or cup in. just note, your skin may be more sensitive during this time

what kind of wax do you use?

  • hard wax is used for both body & facial waxing, specially formulated for sensitive skin.
